After-Sales Service Description
1. Return and Exchange Policy
All products sold on IC361 Mall are marked with the manufacturer's model number and brand. Please carefully verify product model, quantity, and other relevant information before placing an order. Once a product is sold, returns or exchanges are not accepted unless due to quality issues.
If you need to return or exchange a product due to quality issues, please submit a return/exchange request to customer service within 7 days of receiving the goods.
2. Quality-Related Returns
If returning goods due to quality issues, customers must provide a third-party inspection report recognized by both parties as proof.
3. Return and Exchange Process
After confirming with customer service, apply for return/exchange in the order backend. We will process the return request within one hour.

1. Self-operated Stock Products
For IC361 Mall self-operated orders, orders placed before 18:00 will be shipped on the same day, with the fastest dispatch within 1 hour after ordering. Orders placed after 18:00 will be shipped the next day.
2. Non-self-operated Stock Products
For IC361 Mall non-self-operated orders (including IC361 Mall cooperative inventory), specific shipping times need to be confirmed with customer service. We will dispatch your order at the fastest possible speed.
